Gretchen Murray is KVHC’s Employee of the Month for July 2015!
Gretchen has grown into her position since her employment at KVHC. She communicates with the clinical team and has good suggestions to help maintain workflow. She is always willing to help with a smile on her face and has been a big support for the nursing staff in expanding the C.N.A pilot project to other sites. Gretchen has changed assignments to assist with call in coverage, has traveled to other sites to assist with new C.N.A trainings, and continues to go to other sites as assigned to help finalize the C.N.A training process with her manager. She has become the “go-to” person in our C.N.A training.
Sue Preo is KVHC’s Employee of the Month for June 2015!
Sue is a dedicated referrals specialist. She diligently processes requests from providers and researches unusual requests thoroughly. The provider who nominated her recently stated “I can always count on her to get the job done efficiently and correctly. Further, she goes out of her way to make sure that patients follow up with their referrals”. Sue can be counted on to get the job done efficiently and correctly. She is very respectful when dealing with providers who may not always have completed their part immediately. Her cheerfulness and pleasant demeanor is appreciated by all who deal with her.
Carrie Kyllonen is KVHC’s Employee of the Month for May 2015!
Whenever there is a topic that requires research and meticulous documentation, Carrie seems to be the person many of the KVHC Managers and her co-workers seek out. Her attitude and enthusiasm shines through and she is always willing to go the extra mile.
In her nomination, the Clinical Coordinator stated: While defining the requirements for certification and registration for the Medical Assistants, we asked for Carrie’s assistance. She researched the options on line, called area colleges and nationally recognized organizations to find the answers. She definitely went above and beyond for us!
Carrie has not only embraced but exceeded in her new role in the HR Department. Carrie’s approach to learning and understanding the Personnel Coordinator position have quickly helped her to become a key “go to” person for any benefits concerns.
