KVHC Licensed by Department of Health and Welfare as an extension of outpatient services for Houlton Regional Hospital.
Land and former Odd Fellows building purchased in Patten to build new, larger health center.
KVHC becomes a Medicare Certified Rural Health Clinic.
Patten residents vote 5 to 1 to support plans for new clinic.
New Patten clinic opens at 30 Houlton St., with three exam rooms, laboratory, X-ray facilities, waiting room, and office space.
KVHC recruits first Dentist with NHSC
Dental care and optometry services offered to patients in Patten for the first time.
KVHC becomes a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), funded by US Department of Health and Human Services Administration (HRSA) as a sub-recipient to Rural Health Centers of Maine.
Significant addition built onto KVHC’s facility in Patten.
