You can access your Patient Portal on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Click “Access My Patient Portal” below to go directly to your Patient Portal. If you only need to pay a bill, you can click the “Pay My Bill” button – even if you do not have a Patient Portal account.  

Use the athenaPatient Phone App

Meet athenaPatient, the FREE app from our health care records and Patient Portal partner athenaHealth. With this app, you can use your mobile device to:
  • Access your personal health information
  • View your labs and other testing results

The KVHC Patient Portal is a website and phone app that provides direct access to your medical information, as well as the ability to pay your bills, securely message your provider, view test results and more. 

Athenahealth is a healthcare software technology company. They create software that enables KVHC to provide exceptional care to you, your family, and your community. They enable KVHC providers to support you in various ways, including helping them maintain and share your patient records securely, allowing you to pay healthcare-related bills online, and allowing you to communicate directly with your provider.

Yes! You may enter your statement number on the left side of our Patient Portal login screen in order to pay a bill without an account.  

If you create a Patient Portal account, your bills will appear in your account automatically with no need to enter the statement number. 

Yes! We have the ability to link multiple patients to a single Patient Portal login, so you can manage your whole family from a single account. 

Please let us know if you would like us to set this feature up for you. We will require written or verbal consent from any patients over the age of 18 to be added to an existing account.
